To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question. I go through the process and get a bleep and it finishes but the AMDS is still there. Anyone know how I can do this as I desperately want to install latest iTunes but can't until I've got rid of these 2 items. Getting rather fed up as all the advice online doesn't help.
